## Methodology
Book-v1 Section 9, “Neighbourhood and Collective Fields,” states that a street name can be calculated using the Pythagorean chart to reveal a symbolic collective mood outside the home. The tool therefore calculates the street-name vibration from letters A-Z using the existing Pythagorean mapping, reduces the total while preserving 11/22/33, and compares it with the saved Life Path and optional property/address number.

## Upload / Test
1. Back up the confirmed Step 9O installation.
2. Upload this ZIP once.
3. Do not import SQL.
4. Do not replace database credentials.
5. Open NEIGHBOURHOOD & COLLECTIVE FIELDS · STEP 9P.
6. Confirm Life Path is populated automatically.
7. Enter `Willow Street`.
8. Click `Calculate Street Vibration`.

Expected Pythagorean total for “Willow Street” is 57, reduced to 3. The result should display Street Vibration 3 and its symbolic theme.
